Notes for Phillip BAILDON (Refer to picture) This Triumph 2000 was my car in [West Yorkshire police] D division traffic. It didn’t have any jam sandwich markings or that sign. It just had a neat blue light. No hub caps. Cigarette lighter removed to stop smoking. AND head/neck restraints removed from the front seats to prevent officers from sleeping. The bosses thought of them as sleep aids and not injury prevention! I think small minded stupidity!
