17 May 1850 Newspaper record in the Port of Spain Gazette – Robert signed a Petition to the Queen [Victoria] to keep one chamber of Government in Trinidad;
1851 census: lodging with brother John in Evesham, Worcestershire, UK;
8 March 1852 Landed in Sydney Australia on board ship Mount Stewart Elphinstone;
7 March 1863 Application for patent for Mowing and reaping machines – Melbourne Age (Robert named as Engineer);
Believed to have left issue in Australia. [394]
