Notes for Nellie Elizabeth 'Nell' BODDINGTON

Nellie was an authoress with the nom de plume of Helen Boddington. I got one of her books via the British Library who would only let me read it in my local library. I read it in an hour and it was religious. She had four books published, two of them were 600 page novels which, if one wishes to read them, will involve going to an Oxford library where they are kept.

She became a nun.

Known to have been living with her parents in the early 1930s. [259]
