Notes for Thomas GIBBS Thomas Gibbs farmed at Hethe Brede Farm near Fringford, Oxfordshire. The property was sold by his wife, Sarah, to pay off Thomas’s debts after his death in 1819, and it was bought by the Mansfield family, whose descendants still live there (2016).
