Notes for William Henry BODINGTON Enlisted Royal Garrison Artillery Oct 1908 (ie when 18). 1911 Census has him as a Gunner, age 20, single of No 18 Company Royal Garrison Artillery, based Felixtowe, Suffolk. Medal Index Cards/Silver War Badge Roll show him as a Sergeant, soldier number 30061 who was given an honourable discharge May 1919 (Para 392 (xvia) Kings Regulation as permanently physically unfit).
